Author has crafted the course with the primarily motive to understand the knowledge and the deep concept in term of academic, provisional, rules, practical and uniform procedural aspect including drafting of cover letter & patent claim which involve pre and post requirement to apply for the Patent claim (manually and e-filing) which covers Domestic as well as International application followed with the convention and international treaty. Author has also done his due diligent efforts to cover up gap between the applicant (inventor) & the patent office, further remedies available to the patentee and rights in case of infringement of invention. Present course, includes drafting of cover letter, patent claim, appeal with the submissions of requisites documents and fees which require concentration and careful study of the facts and contents by keeping in mind the provision of law. It requires the balance perception of legal problems and issues.
