WHY "AILM"?

"AB Institute of Law & Management (AILM)" aim is to groom & polish, the provisional - practical knowledge, further to develop the skill set of the learners by rendering quality education.

Many interns, lawyers (especially beginners) have shown their interest & desire to understand, “How to draft, file and argue the bail application before the court of law?”. Generally, professionals face difficulties while representing the bail application before the court due to complicated court procedure & lack of confidence consisting of drafting, filing of bail, actual timing when the bail need to file, submissions before the court (District & Sessions court, High court and Supreme court) etc. Author has crafted the course primarily with the motive to resolve the difficulties consisting of official language of the court and the provisional - procedural requirement.

OBJECTIVE OF THE COURSE

"The main notion of the wit & proposition behind to craft the course, "The Law of Bail" is to cover up drafting, procedural & provisional law, precedents thereto.

This course covers up the awareness about human and the constitutional rights of the arrested person (after and before arrest) who has been arrested for the bailable or non-bailable offence during & after the investigation period under criminal law and other associated conditions of bail, it also includes the procedure of bail at police station and the judges overview while disposing off the bail application. What is the procedure to submit the bail bonds, personal bonds, cash bonds, surety and further conditions associated with cancelation of bail" thereto?

Author, Anand Duggal crafted the course, Law of Bail who believes in the philosophy that “Right of bail is the fundamental right” of every citizen provided by the Constitution of India follow with the theory of the above personalities and has tried to cover the academic as well as practical problem-solving aspects.

AIM OF THE COURSE

The primarily motive of the author to design this course, “The Law of Bail”, is to encourage the students, professionals; lawyers, advocates, attorneys and others who are pursing law or have recently enrolled as an advocate and are interested to start their own career and want to get aware about the fundamentals, drafting, provisions and practical procedure of the bail.
