WHY "AILM"?

"AB Institute of Law & Management (AILM)" aim is to groom & polish, the provisional - practical knowledge, further to develop the skill set of the learners by rendering quality education.

Many interns, lawyers (especially beginners) have shown their interest & desire to understand, "What is the difference between general writing and legal writing, how to draft writ petitions (civil and criminal), civil pleadings, conveyancing and criminal complaints including writing of different official documents under different provision of law in different tribunal/ forum (Labour/Consumer/Arbitrator etc.), the procedural requirements such as drafting of applications, evidences and miscellaneous drafting (RTI/ Appeal to RTI/ Legal notices/ Reply to Legal notices) which ease students better integrate procedural and substantive provisions" Generally, professionals face difficulties while handling the said issues. Author has crafted the course with the primarily motive to resolve the difficulties of legal drafting.

OBJECTIVE OF THE COURSE

Drafting of legal writing is an art and science which need concentration and careful study of the facts and contents by keeping in mind the provisions of law. It requires the balance perception of legal problems and issues. In this course, the object is to enlighten on practical & comprehensive aspect and foundation, further, shaping the students to be perfect in practical field.

Author’s aim is to emphasis primarily to cover up practical aspect of drafting especially writ petitions (civil and criminal), civil pleadings, conveyancing and criminal complaints including writing of different official documents under different provision of law in different tribunal/ forum. Author has also covered the procedural requirements such as drafting of applications, evidences and miscellaneous drafting which ease students better integrate procedural and substantive provisions in summary manner.

AIM OF THE COURSE

The motive of the author to design this course, "Comprehensive & Composition of Legal Drafting", is to encourage the students, professionals; lawyers, advocates, attorneys and others who are pursing law or have recently enrolled as an advocate and are interested to start their own career and want to get aware about the fundamentals, drafting, provisions and practical procedure of Legal Drafting.
