Many interns, lawyers (especially beginners) & innovators have shown their interest & desire to understand, "The provisional, academic, procedural & practical concept of trademark law, drafting of trademark claim, how to file a claim before the trademark office, appeal, proceeding, relief thereto." Generally, professionals face difficulties while handling the said issues due to complicated procedure & lack of confidence. Author has crafted the course with the primarily motive to resolve the difficulties consisting of the academic, provisional & procedural requirement.

OBJECTIVE OF THE COURSE

Author has crafted the course with the primarily motive to understand the knowledge and the deep concept in term of academic, provisional, rules, practical and uniform procedural aspect including drafting of cover letter & trademark claim which involve pre and post requirement to apply for the claim (manually and e-filing) which covers Domestic as well as International application followed with the convention and international treaty.

Author has also done his due diligent efforts to cover up gap between the applicant (intellectual mind) & the trademark office, further remedies available to the intellectual mind and rights in case of infringement of trademark.

Present course, includes drafting of cover letter, trademark claim, appeal with the submissions of requisites documents and fees which require concentration and careful study of the facts and contents by keeping in mind the provision of law.

It requires the balance perception of legal problems and issues. In this course, our object is to enlighten on practical & comprehensive aspect and foundation, further, shaping the students to be perfect in practical field.
