In India, the first concept of Consumer Protection Act was firstly, enacted in 1986 following with the International approach to safeguard and protect the consumer interest & rights. Further, enacted in the year 2019 came into effect in the year 2020. Consumer Protection is the essential branch of Corporate Law. Certification in Consumer Protection Law has been crafted by careful study of the international and domestic approach by keeping in mind the provision of law. It requires the balance perception of legal problems and issues. In this course, author’s object is to enlighten on academic, practical & comprehensive aspect and foundation, further, shaping the students to be perfect in practical field. Author’s aim is to emphasis primarily to cover up the academic, provisional & practical aspect of drafting of consumer complaint under the provision of consumer protection law before the Consumer Dispute Redressal Commission (CDRF): National, State & District commission.
