"AB Institute of Law & Management (AILM)" aim is to groom & polish, the provisional - practical knowledge, further to develop the skill set of the learners by rendering quality education.

Many interns, lawyers (especially beginners), women & NGO's have shown their interest & desire to understand, "The provisional, academic, procedural & practical concept of Sexual Harassment at workplace, drafting of complaint, appeal before the appropriate forum/ court, proceeding, derogatory relief thereto." Generally, professionals face difficulties while handling the said issues due to complicated procedure & lack of confidence. Author has crafted the course with the primarily motive to resolve the difficulties consisting of the academic, provisional & procedural requirement.

OBJECTIVE OF THE COURSE

A descriptive knowledge & understanding “No woman shall be subjected to sexual harassment at any workplace.”

A Comprehensive study on Sexual Harassment of Woman at Workplace in India, is crafted with an object to make understand the learners, students, interns, professionals to give a brief idea about the rules, regulations and guidelines followed in India with the practical approach.

In this course, Author’s object is to enlighten on practical & comprehensive aspect and foundation, further, shaping and hone the skills in practical world. Author’s aim is to emphasis primarily to cover up practical aspect of drafting the complaint followed with the provisional & procedural requirements.

Generally, this course is spread over to the corporate sector with the basic object to protect the women against the sexual harassment and the right to work with dignity. While crafting the course, the author has tried to cover up with Indian and International rules, regulations and guidelines on sexual harassment of woman at workplace followed with the recommendation of United Nation (1992) Convention of Elimination of Discrimination. Author has also tried to give his propositions followed with the recent judgements of the Apex court.

Author, Anand Duggal, Advocate has crafted the course, Sexual Harassment at workplace with stalwart efforts by deeply following the academic, provisional, procedural & practical aspect on sexual harassment at workplace and believes the rights available to the women under the Constitution of India, CEDAW, and has tried to cover the academic as well as practical problem-solving aspects.

AIM OF THE COURSE

The primarily aim of the author is to render the advance overview on sexual harassment of woman at workplace covering up the academic, procedural and practical approach.

The aim of the author to design this course, comprehensive study of Sexual Harassment of Woman at workplace, is to encourage the learners, students, professionals like lawyers, advocates, attorneys and others who are pursing law or have recently enrolled as the advocate and are interested to start their own career and want to get aware about the fundamentals and drafting of complaints.
